Not a big surprise given the control that the Dolphins offered him. Can't wish him good luck-I hope he goes about 3-13 every year. :cool:

Miami should have given the job to Jim Bates, the players like him, they have been playing hard for him and if the fish are smart they will keep him in the organization.

He really needs some good luck on rebuilding a dysfunctional team in crisis.
They should of kept the guy they have right now...the team seems to love the guy...
