I know that the NFL likes to keep the superbowl in a "destination" spot where it is warm year round, and people are more likely to show up and spend the extra dough to do so because of the more vacation like atmosphere. The same can be said, basically, for College. But I think it would be great if every now and then say every 4 years or so a cold weather city is chosen; I can think of 2 specifically for college that I think would work very well, Ann Arbor and Columbus, for NFL most stadiums would do, not Ralph Wilson or Lambeau (smaller), but in New England, NYC, it would be great.
I guess I always view football (and hockey for that matter) as a winter sport and do not believe that the sports biggest game should never be played in it's original element.
