Jerry Rice to the Seahawks... this just strikes me as wrong and a sad state in which to end his career (whether or not Seattle proves to be any good in the end). Rice IS a 49er, but he seemed to fit in well as a Raider. A Seahawk? And for a CONDITIONAL 7th round pick? Nah...It just doesn't sit well with me.
I'm with Ray Ratto on this one:

Now, more importantly, Antonio Bryant's been traded to Cleveland for Quincy Morgan.

Bryant didn't appear happy with his situation in Dallas as the third receiver behind veterans Keyshawn Johnson and Terry Glenn, and seemed to withdraw from the team. He rarely has been available for interviews over the first month of the season, and the few times he did speak seemed to suggest this coaching staff was holding him back.
You know, I'm with Antonio on this one. He showed his rookie season that he's a phenomenal talent, then last season, that he just needs more discipline. I'm starting to get a little bit tired of the politics of Parcells and the need to have "his guys" around him. But whatever works...I do not doubt The Tuna.
Honestly though...Morgan is 27 and very good at best. Bryant is only 23 and will probably end up an ELITE WR if he grows up a little and ever gets a chance to start (I'm sure Camps will lobby for him in Cleveland). I really like Antonio and therefore hope this ends up being a mistake, but not a mistake that hurts my team directly.
