...during the season if that player doesn't play that position anymore?
Say a person has a guy who was a RP last year but that guy wins a job in the rotation in the spring and stays there. Does Yahoo keep him listed as a RP, or do they eventually change him to a SP after a certain amount of time?

No, they only add positions on. If a RP becomes a SP, eventually they'll be eligible for both. Same goes for position players.
I had e-mailed Yahoo about this, and if I remember correctly, their response was: 3 starts to gain SP status, 5 relief appearances to gain RP status, and 15 appearances at a position to get that position status.

Hey, thanks Big E for that info. It's affecting one of my players. (It screwed me this week but Pete is kicking my ass so bad it wouldn't matter.)

What I'm really trying to figure out is if a guy can lose his eligibilty at a position. Anyone know about that one?
I don't think so...not until 2004.

I want to know if B.H. Kim will be changed from a RP to a SP?
Yes, 2 more starts. I emailed Yahoo about his status (I have him in another league) and they took a long time but finally replied. See above post.
