Is there anyone here besides me who is brave enough (or stupid enough?) to admit to being a Washington Redskins fan?

I'm starting to wonder if maybe Danny-Boy Snyder might be an illegitimate son of Peter Asselos. They both make me want to just :O !!!

I don't normally watch football, but when I do, I must admit I root for the 'Skins. Why? I'm not sure, but I think it has to do with the first superbowl I ever watched they won, and I kind of got attached to them because of it.
Brave enough?!! Bravery has nothing to do with it, we were being punished for hiring a Dallas ****** as a head coach, but now that era is over with.
It won't be long now.... hang in there,

Hey Shel, my wife is a Skins fan. She, believe it or not, once went to a game against the Eagles at Veteran's Stadium wearing her Skins jacket. Now THAT'S a fan! :)

Whoa...very brave...actually, with all due respect to your wife, that borders on insane! :D Years ago, there was an article in (I think) Sports Illustrated that described sports fans in various cities. The article said that NY fans will boo anything, even funerals. But Philly sports fans don't boo funerals -- they cheer them. Tough crowds there in Philly....

Oh dear Brave Skins fan - so sorry about last weekend - that was my super bowl - ... This was the first season I paid attention to the Skins because some close friends of mine are major skins fans - so I have pretty much watched every game - coming from NY, and, yes, liking the Cowboys (my NFC team) - it was little hard to do ... but I have to admit - they were fun to watch - and I am totally surprised at how the season turned out ... I especially felt bad for Turner - I know you think it is a good thing - I just remember that press conference with some Moron asking him if would be fired that week - totally uncool ...
So after years and years of hating the Skins - I do respect your team - but I doni think I could ever be a fan - My heart belongs to the JETS, and in the NFC - the 'Boys (actually I am the brave stupid one!!

harley, I think Turner's firing was long overdue. He should have been canned three years ago. But since he was still here at the start of this season, he should have been allowed to finish the season before being fired. Daniel Snyder is a first class jerk!
I hope Norv gets his job back with Dallas because whatever he has is contagious.
