Should I make this trade?

I need some fantasy advice ;)

I'm in a league and was offered Berkman and Halladay for Sosa and Zito.

A tough decision. On paper the trade would favor me if I accepted, but Sosa and Zito are known for having HUGE finishes...

Thoughts?

It depends on your scoring system.

Sosa strikes out a LOT, and that can detract from his value in some leagues.

If you don't lose points for Sosa's K's, then i wouldn't do it.. but if you do lose those points..

I'd think long and hard about it, and then prolly do it.

Zito's gonna win more games than Halladay, though.. even if he's got stiffer compitition.

Nothing for K's...

It's a very basic scoring system, offensively you record runs, home runs, RBI, stolen bases, and batting average. Pitchers record wins, saves, k's, WHIP, and ERA.

The thing is, it goes like this:

There are 11 teams in this rotisserie league. Right now I am in second place. I only have 5 points for ERA, but my team ERA is 3.80. There are several teams in front of me with 3.75 meaning if I could lower the ERA just a little and keep it there I'll win (as long as the other teams don't drop too much as well).

Halladay has a lower ERA than Zito... Wins is not a concern for me. I'm just worried that Zito will go on a tear like he did last season and everybody knows what happens when Sammy Sosa gets hot.
