Smiley Problem

Hey Jimbo,
My :po'd: doesn't work right. What am i doing wrong? In the smiley page it says that there is a frown or whatever with fire. Meaning it is pissed off??? But went I posted it says that I am doing a :po'd. It didn't allow me to finsih or whatever. What is wrong?
