Thanks for the information Gehrig. I have a tape of the seventh game of the World Series from 1953. It features Mel Allen and Red Barber doing the broadcasting and is one of the first video tapes...not film. I think I originally taped it from a ESPN Classic show a few years ago. This is a a classic because you'll see future hall of famers in their prime like Snider, Robinson, Campanella, and Reese. The Yanks show a young and incredibly talented Mickey Mantle, Berra, Rizutto, Bauer, Martin, and Stengel. This is quite a tape and I wish I knew how you could get a copy. By the way, this game was played in Ebbets Field and features a homerun by Mickey and some great pitching by Raschi and Reynolds!:NY: :NY: :NY: :NY:
