I'm going to guess Phil Niekro and Phil Rizzuto, because those are the only two Yankees I know of in the HOF with the same first name . . .

Do you ask about the players who were inducted as Yankees or Hall of Famers who played for the Yankees during their careers?
In bost cases the last two men didn't have the same name.
The last two men inducted as Yankees were Reggie Jackson and Phil Rizzuto.
Two former Yankee players inducted to the HoF were Phil Niekro and Dave Winfield.
Did I overlook someone?

The question was the last two Yankees to "enter" the Hall of Fame.

The only way to know, is to ask the guards who stand by the main entrance at the Hall of Fame. They get lots of visitors, including lots of current players in the offseason, so it may be difficult to find out.
