Jim do you know if the chatroom server is down tonight? I try to get in and it says unable to connect to server. Just wondering!

There is a boat load of people in there right now, and I was able to get into chat via the site. Keep trying, I guess :).

Hmm, what's it saying? Be as exact as possible - and I'll see what I can do.

It says : Connecting to chat.planetz.net6667.....

That is strange - there's a whole bunch of us in there right now.

This is going to be complicated, and I don't expect you to be able to do this, but try your best:

Click on your start menu > Go To Programs > then click on the MS-DOS prompt (might be called Command Prompt or something like that).

When the window opens up, you will see something like this:

C:\

Right after that, type the following:

tracert chat.planetz.net > trace.txt

it will do it's thing, and it will be done when the "C:\" reappears.

Now, go to your desktop, click on "My Computer", then click on your main hard drive - probably C - then find the file called trace.txt

Open it up, and copy and paste the whole thing here.

Think you can manage that? ;)

Thanks for the directions Jim! I'll save them in case I ever have this problem again! And, yes, I do think I could handle those! :D
