You get TWO guarantee playoff game picks, There will be 4 partners, you will be partner # 4. We are using the Serpentine draft method to allocate the playoff & world series games. A team that makes the playoff will have anywhere from 8 to 11 potential Playoff and World Series home games. Partner #1 ( me ) will have first pick of the playoff and ws games. Partner #2 will have second pick of postseason games., etc. After every partner picks one game, then we reverse the selection order and pick a second game. See below:

Partner #1 1st Pick
Partner #2 2nd Pick
Partner #3 3rd Pick
Partner #4 ( THAT"S YOU) 4th Pick
Partner #4 ( THAT"S YOU) 5th Pick
Partner #3 6rd Pick
Partner #2 7th Pick
Partner #1 8th Pick

Any games not picked will be sold and net proceeds divided among the 4 partners equally. You will only pay face value for post season games that you pick naturally.

You will also be granted renewal rights (as long as you paid on time). You will get the hard tickets overnighted to you in late March or early April.

You will pay Full Season Face Value $40 per ticket, plus $25 shipping.

Your total cost to be a a FULL 1/4 Partner is $1625. This a great deal. First one that can commit the funds and pay full share in a week is in.

Benefits:

1. FULL Season Per Game price for a Partial Season Plan - you are saving $200 right there. These tickets are $45/seat in the partial plans.
2. Guarantee Playoff Game Pick Rights.

As an aside - my work schedule is somewhat inflexible, so don't assume that the best playoff games will be picked before you pick. Plus you get two picks back to back - which really means you get the 1st pick of the second round of picks.

I am hoping to get partner # 4 in pretty quickly. Also I will try to upgrade location within the same price range.

If I didn't have season tickets, I'd take this myself. I'm sure you'll find a taker soon.

Wow, that is a nice package. But $25 for shipping?

If only Santa would bring me $1600 for Christmas...

Current overnight rates from my house to residential NY Metro area is $18.55. Yankees are charging me $25 tickets to get the tickets to my house. There are 4 partners, that works out to $6.25 per partner. That's totals $24.80 - close enough for gov't work.

If Santa delivers , you might not mind the $25. ;)

PS - I work in Basking Ridge NJ and would agree to hand deliver the tickets off any exit west of I287 on I80 or I78 for free if the $18.55 is a showstopper.

I think his question is why you say you are charging the full $25 for a quarter share of tickets:

You will pay Full Season Face Value $40 per ticket, plus $25 shipping.

Questioning $25 shipping seems awful nitpicky when the guy is offering at face value, including playoff rights and making only a few dollars per partner on shipping

To me, that sounds like fun!

I think his question is why you say you are charging the full $25 for a quarter share of tickets:

The "original" $25 is charged to the full season ticket holder by the Yankees to get the tickets to me . There is a "second FedEx" charge incurred by me to get the tickets to the partner overnight that would be ~ $19.

Plus - if that $19 is a deal breaker - I would waive that fee. Does this response satisfy your concern about my original response to his question?

Also, the partner is saving over $200 ( $5 per ticket per game) if he was to buy a 20 game plan directly from the Yankees and he has better playoff world series rights..

This is good deal if someone is serious about getting 20 tickets to Yankee games with some of the primo games of the season including playiffs/world series.

This offer expires Monday , December 7th at midnight.
