I'm being shipped to Canada for work until tomorrow night. Does anyone know if the World Series is playing on TV in Toronto? If so, what channel?
Thanks!

Of course it's on in Canada. I'm sure anyone in your hotel can tell you what channel it's on.

They have FOX up there. It'll be on.
Have a good trip.

Thanks guys. Was having a little freak out for a minute. Got my composure back, haha. I was looking at TSN (Canadian ESPN) and channels like that and it was all hockey.

There's tons of channels which will be showing the World Series up in Canada.
You get Fox up there and Rogers Sportsnet will also be televising all the games.

I figured as much but I didn't know if the sled dogs would get me there fast enough for the start of the game.
I did a little research (read: Google) before asking this question and saw nothing but hockey on the sports channels, that's why I asked.

What could you possibly have done wrong enough to warrant such a punishment?

Don't knock it if you've never tried it. Canada is a beautiful country.

I knew it was coming so I scheduled the meeting for the last day possible which was November 5th, expecting the series to be done by now. Ugh.
It is a nice little country though, just not where I wanted to spend tonite. Not looking forward to Canadian immigration, if you want to find the only a*shole Canadians look there.

Spent a lot of time in Canada in my youth but only been there twice since 9/11 but never had a problem, just don't act dickey.
Look for FOX channel & Sportsnet in Toronto. Plus if your in a car 880am will work in Hog town. For a bar/food try Boston Pizza for the game, ale & nacho's
Any of the Sportsnet channels here in Canada should be carrying it. They use the MLB Network feed so it's not delayed like FOX. They should have it at your hotel.
Toronto is also one hell of a nice city. Best one we have here in Canada and the closest in terms of having an American feel to it (sports, merchandise, stores, no igloos LOL, etc.). Enjoy the game, and hopefully you can find fellow Yankee fans there. Don't mind the haters out there, they're just bitter Blue Jays fans.

Watch the World Series on your Mobile Phone if you don't have access to a TV.
Note: Don't try this unless you have an unlimited internet plan. Without the plan it will eat up a lot of data if you get charged per MB.
If you have an unlimited internet plan with your phone, then paste this website into your browser and you can watch the major TV stations on your phone such as CBS, NBC, ABC, and FOX.

The quality of the picture could be a little better but it's free if you have an unlimited data plan with your mobile service. It is very neat.
You will have to enter your email address each time you use it and then you will have access to the major TV networks.

Toronto gets pretty much every channel available in Buffalo aside from ESPN, so you should be set.

It was all good, thanks for the advice everyone. FOX was playing it and it was on every TV in the hotel bar. So that's where I was. Good win.
