I keep wondering why Girardi doesn't go with a Damon-Gardner-Cabrera outfield every once in a while.
Swisher bats eighth, so it's not like you'd be taking a bat out of the middle of the lineup.
I'm not saying do it everyday, but once in a while would be a nice change.

You know what I find funny? If you listen to broadcasters from other teams--whether its baseball, basketball, hockey etc etc....99.9% of the time they actively root for the team they work for. Using phrases like "we" and "us" or guys like Hawk Harrelson who go crazy when the Sox score, and dont say a word for 2 minutes when the other team does.
Yet NY announcers dont do this. Yanks, Mets, Rangers, Knicks, Devils, Nets. Name the team. None of those guys call games the way other announcers do.

Yeah. I would say pretty much ALL of them have that. Honestly Orsillo/Remy might be the announce team that doesnt show much Yankee "hatred" when they call their games.
