Anyone Know the deal with Andy Morales?

I know he left the team and the Yanks were trying to release him etc. Anyone know if he's he turned up? Or if the Yanks are going to have to pay him? Is it all still up in the air?

He just filed a grievance against the Yankees, meaning he's looking to get the rest of his 4.5 million dollars.

He's done with the Yankees though, that's for sure.

The way that I heard it was that the union filed a grievance on his behalf. What I'm wondering is where the hell is Morales exactly?

Yeah, you're right, it was the MLBPA that filed the grievance, but I think Morales' lawyer was doing something around major league baseball and a lawsuit, I dunno.

As far as where Morales is, I don't think anyone knows.
