HM: Robertson. Really. After CC had to grind through the 5th, 6th and 7th, the game had a scary "snowball rolling downhill" feel. But Robertson quieted their bats. (Only to have Veras wake them up again in the 9th, but by that time the margin was bigger.)

TH: CC Sabathia...I feel like it's getting to be an automatic that he's TH every time he pitches. :) What a nice feeling.
José Veras, for keeping us interested right to the end. :P
Just kidding. I'll be back with some caps later. ;)

CC? Really? 6.2 IP w/3ER? Meh. Good, but hardly "hero" worthy when the team scores 10 runs, neverthless hero worthy from your #1 pitcher against a craptastic team.

He pitched 7 innings. And while the Indians are craptastic, they have a good offense. They are 4th in the majors in runs scored, just behind the Yankees.
By your logic it would be stupid to give TH to an offensive player given that the Indians have the 2nd lowest ERA in the majors.

Not to mention 2 of their runs came in an inning where they had something like 3 seeing-eye cheap hits.

...unless you disregard the 22 runs they scored against us in the CMW start
Anyway, I thought CC did well, but not hero worthy. Heck, it's above his own ERA.

Santana Shmantana. When the Yankees held off on Johan to give me the big bucks they knew what they were doing. Being an Ace in the AL East ain't easy. It's a job for a Big Boy like me, the CHAMP OF THIS GAME:
