Just so everyone knows, starting a thread more than one hour before game time isn't allowed, but since it's only ten minutes I'll let this one slide this time. ;)
I'm at work and I'll be leaving a few minutes before game time, but I'll be back at some point during the early innings. I'll get to listen to some John and Suzyn on the way home. ;)

What crappy conditions to play in today.
I have always felt the proclamations of Cano as a future batting champ were a bit premature, but my gawd does he look awful right now - at the plate and in the field. Anyway we could pay Bowa to yell at him over the phone?

Cano has a very sweet swing and I believe he will be around .300 for a long time. He just needs patience, which has been improving but not fast enough. He is slumping---he'll pick it up.
