In this league, you cannot do add/drops until Opening Day -- otherwise known as "Free for All Day".
Waivers have been started, but any claims made prior to Opening Day -- which is Tuesday, March 25th -- will be reversed.
A day begins at 12:01am, by the clock in my living room (an atomic clock).
Now...time for sleep.
Ah so we have to wait till then to make changes. Okay, thanks.

When is the minor league draft?
The minor league draft will be held beginning April 1st. It is usually begun after Opening Day, but given the Asian start this year, it will be postponed a few days until after every team opens, and we are sure who is starting in the minors and who is in the majors.
I was looking at the reserve rules. Does the 'add $5 to salary/extend for 2 yrs rule' apply to all reserved players? Even guys that go on the DL?
No, if a guy goes on the DL, you simply put him on the DL. No charge.
The reserve list is for players who were released by their ML teams, or who were sent to the minor leagues in Real Life, but are not eligible for the minors by our rules (more than 50 IP or 130 AB).

According to the league rules (http://forums.nyyfans.com/showpost.php?p=4848494&postcount=106):
IX. TRADES
9.1. From the completion of the major league auction until the first day of the major league season, rotisserie league teams are free to make trades of any kind without limit and without position requirements.
9.2. From the first day of the major league season until midnight of August 31, league teams are free to make trades of any kind without limit, so long as the active rosters of both teams involved in a trade reflect the required position distribution upon completion of the transaction. This would include subsequent pickups, drops, etc.

No, you may not pick up players with minor league eligibility until the mL draft concludes.
Striking Back illegally signed Brian Giles.

People are free to drop players now...but no additions can be made until 12:01am
Opening day is here in less than 50 mins...

I've had to work late tonight, so if I stayed up until now, I guess I can wait another half hour to pick my missing player :D Who knows when I'll wake up tomorrow.
Add/Drops have been temporarily turned off, to make sure nobody jumps the gun.
When my Atomic clock hits 12:01am, add/drops will be turned back on.
The clock now reads 12:01am
