Does anyone know where to get WARP3 for current and historical pitchers?
WARP doesn't appear on pitcher's DT cards @ BP, and their PECOTA cards only list WARP1 (useless to me) for the past 5 years.
I've dug around every area on the premium site, and can't find it anywhere - but I've seen it referenced in many articles.
