Of course no list is perfect, but this is pretty good. I woulda put the last 10 minutes of Usual Suspects in there though.

The seven scene is pretty high on my list. My father and I watched that movie in the middle of the afternoon, in my parents' place, and it bothered both of us for a couple of days.

The abrupt suicide in Monster's Ball is another one.

While it's low on gore, I remember feeling that way when a dying Kevin Spacey's character muttered, "Rolo Tomasi" to the crooked Captain in L.A. Confidential.

There are easily 15 OH SH*T moments in Hitch's assorted films!My favorite moment in Hitchcock isn't the slightest bit vioent. It's the scene with the coffee cup in Notorious.

They are both classics, I just love Casino so much more b/c of the dual narratives and the visuals, camera angles were just ridiculous. I also think it was better told story.

The Marvin scene from Pulp Fiction was hilarious. I remember when me and my friend were watching it we couldnt stop laughing for 10 minutes straight. I love how it was "oh, sh*te, I just shot Marvin in the face" "What! Y the foulke did you do that" "I dont know it was an accident." Almost like everyday conversation.

I disagree about Casino. I thought it was too long and could have been edited better. Goodfellas flowed from beginning to end.
