I remember this pitching matchup from the 05 season. I remember Sheff hit an early homer, and then Pavano gave up a homer late in the game to Nick Green to lose the game.

I am starting with YES--but I am DVRíng both feeds and I will switch when my Kay pain threshhold is breached. It is therefore in his hands as it will depend on how truly annoying he is. There is something funky about the YES DD 5.1 sound--anybody else?

Whether you like him or hate him, Pavano is the starter for the first game of the 2007 season for the Yankees. Put the past behind you. He is going to need every fans support today. It isn't like he has never pitched in a big game before, but he hasn't pitched a game in a while.

A-level I remember: Donnie, Melky, Jeter, Mariano, Moose, Pettit. Melky was first regular because he wasn't starting, so I think he got some extra.

Actually Pavano does have the ability to throw 94, his velocity got up in that area when he was with the marlins.
