The fact that Bruney is on the schedule to pitch seems to be a good sign for his future in the 'pen.
Igawa has thrown 12 IP and has a 3.00 ERA and 15K's so far. 10 BB's and 10 Hits.

Only problem today is he would mess around with 2 outs. Otherwise he seemed very sharp, except occasionally leaving his changeup in the danger zone to righties.

Threw mostly FB's and Changeups.
FB = 89-91
Changeup = 79-81
Threw a few sliders but I didn't get a gun reading on them.
He worked quickly. Seemed to pitch well. Got in 2 jams, and only gave up 1 run. He seemed to get 2 quick outs then give up a hit or two, or walk.
He struck out a good amount of hitters. That changeup seems to be fooling alot of hitters.
Early, his FB was getting in on the hands of Righties.
