can't wait for one at bat for each starter ... keep in mind tony womack kicked butt in his first spring training game with the Yanks, and one year travis lee had a bunch of great ST games in a NYY uniform.

Wang - 2 innings
Phillip Hughes - 2 innings
Ross Ohlendorf - 2 innings
Luis Vizcaino
Mike Myers
Minnesota starts with Carlos Silva.
Torre is fielding his Major Legaue lineup so we should get a feel for the regular season lineup for the first 2 innings. (Typically each starter plays a few innings, then slowly increases his innings played through March.)

Matt Garza, who has been dealing with a neck strain, got the start Wednesday against the Red Sox and threw two scoreless innings.
we´ll be facing Carlos Silva.

I renewed my 'Seasonal' package yesterday...but you can sign up for "month by month' also. I believe that is the minium right now.
Later in the Season they do make games available on an individual basis.

I called Directv and they said they don't control it, MLB does.
maybe they'll let us watch the replay as I did with the Mets game last night?

This is another reason I hate Direct TV or whoever...If you don't live close to the east coast the majority of the time this channel is blacked out for you. They don't take into account how much you paid for their basic service, the sports package (so you can get YES 5% of the time), & EI. If people are willing to pay all that dough they should have full access to everything YES even if they live in the boon docks!

I got to see Hughes last year in Tampa....only Farnsworth had a more impressive arm. No matter how much time it takes for him to be ready, it'll be worth the wait.

so far, i have hughes throwing 3 changes, 2 curves, everything else is heat
the first curve was 69 mph, a floater, no snap
the second curve was a little better at 71 mph, out of the zone though
all three changes have been up and hit foul

I just figured it out. Click on this link http://mlb.mlb.com/mediacenter/index.jsp#20070301 and then click on the 350k link for the yankee game. Its working for me now.
